Body Ballancer Lymphatic Drainage:
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a Body Ballancer
lymphatic drainage session. These terms and conditions govern your use of the
lymphatic drainage services provided by Cryo Revive Ltd. By booking a Body
Ballancer session, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and
conditions.
Booking and Cancellation Policy:
a. To book a Body Ballancer lymphatic drainage session, you must provide accurate
and complete information during the booking process.
b. Booking is subject to availability, and Cryo Revive Ltd reserves the right to refuse
or reschedule a booking.
c. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours in
advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
d. Cryo Revive Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to
unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. In such cases, reasonable efforts will
be made to notify you and provide an alternative booking.
Health and Safety:
a. Body Ballancer lymphatic drainage sessions are generally safe and non-invasive.
However, it is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or
concerns that may affect your ability to safely undergo the treatment.
b. Pregnant women, individuals with certain medical conditions (e.g., thrombosis,
acute infections, heart conditions), and those under the age of 16 may be advised
against lymphatic drainage. Consult with your healthcare provider before booking a
session.
c. You must follow the instructions provided by the Body Ballancer technician and
adhere to all safety guidelines during the session.
Assumption of Risks:
a. Body Ballancer lymphatic drainage sessions involve certain risks, although they
are generally minimal. These risks may include temporary discomfort, allergic
reactions to materials used, or an exacerbation of pre-existing medical conditions.
b. By booking a Body Ballancer session, you voluntarily assume all risks associated
with the treatment, and you agree that Cryo Revive Ltd, its employees, and affiliates
shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the session,
except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Payment and Fees:
a. Payment for Body Ballancer lymphatic drainage sessions is due at the time of
booking unless otherwise stated by Cryo Revive Ltd
b. All fees, including session fees, cancellation fees, or any additional charges, must
be paid in the currency specified by Cryo Revive Ltd.
c. Refunds may be provided at the discretion of Cryo Revive Ltd and subject to the
cancellation policy.
Personal Belongings:
a. Cryo Revive Ltd is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal
belongings during the Body Ballancer session. Please secure your valuables or
leave them in a designated area at your own risk.
Privacy:
b. By booking a Body Ballancer lymphatic drainage session, you consent to the
collection, use, and storage of your personal information in accordance with Cryo
Revive Ltd’s privacy policy.
Modifications and Amendments:
a. Cryo Revive Ltd reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions
at any time. The updated terms and conditions will be effective upon posting on Cryo
Revive Ltd.’s website or otherwise providing notice to you.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Any disputes
arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern
Ireland.
By booking a Body Ballancer lymphatic drainage session, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not
agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from booking a
session with Cryo Revive Ltd.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a cryotherapy
session. These terms and conditions govern your use of the cryotherapy services
provided by Cryo Revive Ltd By booking a cryotherapy session, you acknowledge
and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

hypertension, heart conditions, cold allergies), and those under the age of 16 may be
advised against cryotherapy. Consult with your healthcare provider before booking a
session.
c. You must follow the instructions provided by the cryotherapy technician and
adhere to all safety guidelines during the session.

a. Cryotherapy sessions involve inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not
limited to, exposure to extreme cold temperatures, cold burns, dizziness, and
hypothermia.
b. By booking a cryotherapy session, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with
the session, and you agree that Cryo Revive Ltd, its employees, and affiliates shall
not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the cryotherapy
session, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
